Multiple Stairlifts Installed at a Bellevue Senior Living Community
How we made an entire multi-level building accessible — fitting several stairlifts across multiple staircases with minimal disruption to residents and daily operations.
One Building, Multiple Staircases, Real Access Barriers
This multi-level senior living community in the Bellevue area needed safe, reliable access across several staircases — not just one. For residents and visitors with mobility challenges, the stairs made parts of the building difficult or impossible to reach.
The owners needed a coordinated solution: multiple stairlifts installed throughout the building, fitted to staircases of different shapes, completed quickly and cleanly to keep the community running during the work.
A Coordinated Multi-Lift Accessibility Plan
Our veteran-owned local team assessed every staircase in the building and installed multiple stairlifts — both straight and curved models fitted to each layout — for consistent, reliable access throughout the property. We scheduled the work to minimize disruption to residents and daily operations.
- Multiple stairlifts fitted to staircases of different shapes
- Tread-mounted rails — no damage to walls or finishes
- Battery backup and safety features on every unit
- Installed cleanly with minimal disruption to the community
Stairlifts Throughout the Building
An Accessible Building, Top to Bottom
With stairlifts in place across every staircase, residents and visitors can now move safely throughout the building — no staircase off-limits. The lifts run quietly and reliably, and our local team is nearby for ongoing maintenance and service across all units.
For the owners, it's a building that finally works for everyone who uses it — delivered on schedule and with minimal disruption.
