Seattle Elevator Company (“we,” “us,” “our”) installs and services home elevators, stairlifts, hillside trams and related accessibility equipment in Seattle, the Eastside and the Puget Sound area. - Information you give us. When you fill out a form or call us, we collect what you share, such as your name, phone number, email address, property address and details about your project.
- Phone calls. We use a call-tracking service, so the phone numbers shown on this website may be tracking numbers that forward to our office. Calls to these numbers may be recorded and transcribed for quality and to follow up on your request.
- Website usage. Like most websites, we use cookies and similar tools (including Google Analytics and Google Ads) to understand how visitors find and use the site, such as pages viewed, the device and browser used, and the ad or search that brought you here.

We keep project and customer records for as long as we need them to service your equipment, honor warranties and meet legal requirements. Inquiries that do not become projects are deleted or anonymized when they are no longer needed.

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, but no website or electronic storage is completely secure.
Children
This website is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
